*Heel lifting sensation : Within the first few days of using your pair of boots, you may notice that your heel lifts inside the boot. This sensation is a transitory phenomenon due to the different layers of leather thickness of the sole. It takes time to soften the sole and for the shape to adapt to the foot. After a few days, the lifting sensation disappears.

Good to know: For our boots, US Customs typically applies an estimated duty of 8% to 10%. This will be collected directly and securely by the courier (UPS/DHL) prior to delivery.

Returns & Exchanges You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
