Shipping policy

 

I. SHIPPING METHODS AND FEES

Deliveries are made by the services of Colissimo, UPS or DHL, from Monday to Friday, depending on the option chosen by the Customer when validating his Order.

Delivery refers to the transfer to the Customer of physical possession of the Products (the "Delivery").

The Delivery Charges applicable to the Order are those mentioned and selected by the Customer at the time of the Order and accessible on the Website under the heading "Delivery and Returns".

When Leesha takes over the transport of the Product, the risk of loss or deterioration of the Product is transferred to the Customer at the time of Delivery.

As an exception, the risk is transferred to the Customer when the Product is handed over to the carrier when the carrier is responsible for transport by the Customer and not by Leesha.

 

II. DELIVERY LOCATION

Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the Customer, it being specified that this must be the residence address of the Customer, a natural person of his choice or a legal entity (delivery to his company). Delivery cannot be made to hotels or post office boxes.

In the event that it is impossible to carry out the Delivery, due to an incorrect delivery address or the Customer's failure to collect his Order from the selected collection point, no reshipment can be made and the Customer will be refunded within five (5) days of receipt of the Order by Leesha.

INTERNATIONAL

- Delivery and return costs at the customer’s expense

- Customs fees and additional import taxes: For international orders outside the European Union, customs fees, import taxes and other local taxes, imposed by the authorities of the destination country, may apply. These charges are not included in the prices displayed on our website nor in the shipping fees. By placing an order on our website , the customer acknowledges and agrees that:                                                               - They are fully responsible for the payment of any import taxes, customs duties or administrative fees applied by their local authorities and are to be paid directly to the carrier upon delivery.                                                                                                                      - The carrier or customs authorities may require payment of these charges in order to release the parcel for delivery.                                                                                                  - In the event that the customer refuses the parcel due to unwillingness to pay import taxes or customs duties: the return shipping costs (due to the parcel returned to the sender), as well as any import taxes/duties charged to the sender, will be deducted from the refund issued to the customer. The original shipping fees will not be refunded.                                                                                                                                    Customers are advised to check with their local customs office prior to placing an order to avoid unexpected charges or refusal of delivery. 


 Shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of the package and the destination, according to the rates applied by the postal services. For any delivery outside metropolitan France and outside the European Union, shipping costs are due regardless of the amount of the order.

Please note that import duties and taxes may apply to international orders. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.

If a parcel is refused or not collected by the customer, the order will be returned to us. In such cases, all return costs charged by the carrier will be deducted from the refund.

 

IV. DELIVERY TIMES

The delivery time is generally as follows:

•Twelve (12) business days for Metropolitan France;
•Twenty (20) business days for international deliveries.

These timeframes are calculated from the next business day following order confirmation.

Please note that Leesha does not deliver to certain countries, including Morocco, Brazil, Taiwan, South Korea, and the United Arab Emirates.

Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and the delivery method selected at the time of ordering.
Times are expressed in business days and include both order preparation and shipping, starting from the order confirmation date.

To ensure delivery deadlines are met, customers must provide accurate and complete delivery information (e.g., street number, building, staircase, access codes, intercom names and/or numbers, etc.).

 

V. DELIVERY DELAY

Leesha cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery that is not due to its fault or justified by a case of force majeure (as defined below).

In the event that the delivery time is exceeded, the Customer may request the cancellation of the sale and obtain a refund of the sums paid in connection with the Order within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days of his request. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Leesha shall not be held liable for any harmful consequences resulting from a delay in delivery, only the reimbursement of the Product by Leesha being possible to the exclusion of any other form of compensation.
