The Customer therefore refrains from any infringement of the "SHILOH HERITAGE" trademark. It is strictly forbidden to use or reproduce the name "SHILOH HERITAGE", for any reason whatsoever, and on any medium whatsoever, without the prior written consent of Leesha.
