Material is part of the design

The same pair can change entirely with the material that dresses it.

Leather brings more structure and draws the lines of the boot more sharply.

Suede, more matte, takes the light differently. It gives colours more depth and the silhouette a softer feel.

That is why we choose each material for the model we want to create, and not only for its colour or its hand.

Our leathers and suedes are selected from Italian tanneries for the quality of their hides, their suppleness, their hold and the richness of their colours.

Not every hide behaves the same way once built onto a boot.

We look for those able to hold the line we drew while following the foot naturally over time.

Leather and suede are natural materials.

Slight variations of grain, shade or texture may therefore appear from one pair to the next. They belong to the nature of the material, and make every hide a little different.
