Refund policy
I. TIME LIMIT AND MODALITIES FOR EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Non-Professional Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the Order to exercise his right of withdrawal with Leesha, without having to justify his decision.
The exercise of the right of withdrawal is carried out by using and sending the following withdrawal form template, by email to retour@shiloh-heritage.com

II. METHODS OF RETURNING THE ORDER AS PART OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty.
The Customer returns the order, without undue delay and, at the latest, within fourteen (14) days of delivery in accordance with Article L. 221-21 of the Consumer Code. Beyond this fourteen (14) day period, the sale is firm and definitive. The Product must be returned in its original packaging, in its original condition, new, unworn, unwashed.
To return an item, a Customer must follow the following procedure :

For French orders:
The return of the Products is managed by Leesha in Metropolitan France.
- After having received the request, Leesha will send by email to the Customer a return label (only for French orders). This return label must be pasted on the package to be returned.
- The Customer must print out the return form and enclose it inside the package.
- The Customer will deposit the package at the Post Office.
For International and European orders:
The return of the Products is at the Customer's expense and risk if the place of delivery is outside Metropolitan France. It is therefore advised to return the Products with the mail tracking option.

III. REFUND OF RETURNED PRODUCTS AS PART OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Leesha will process the refund within fourteen (14) days following receipt of the return acceptance notification, which will be sent to the Customer by email.
• Only products properly returned (in their original packaging, in new, unworn, and unwashed condition) are eligible for a refund.
• The refund is subject to Leesha’s receipt of the returned products and verification of their condition.
Refund terms:
• The refund will be made (excluding shipping costs, taxes, and any customs duties) using the same payment method as the original purchase.
• If the original payment method has expired, Leesha will contact the Customer to arrange an alternative refund method, at no additional cost.
• Orders paid with an e-gift card will be refunded in the form of a store credit.
Return shipping costs will be covered by Leesha only if the delivered product is non-compliant with the order or damaged.
In the event of non-compliance with these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) by the Customer, Leesha reserves the right to refuse the refund of the concerned products.
