Shipping & customs
Our shipping, delivery and customs conditions, by destination.
What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
Your pair is prepared and handed to the carrier within three working days. The times below are in addition to that preparation.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship within France, across Europe and to many destinations worldwide.
The available options appear as soon as you enter your country at checkout — the list changes regularly, so that is where it is always current.
If your destination is not there, write to us: we can often provide an estimate.
How is my order packaged?
Your pair travels in its Shiloh Heritage box, protected by a plain outer packaging with no visible branding.
It is a choice of discretion: a parcel that does not announce what it holds travels more quietly.
Is my order delivered against signature?
Yes. Every pair is handed over in person, against signature — your parcel is never left at a door.
If no one is there when the carrier calls, it is left at a nearby pick-up point and you are told where to collect it.
Is my parcel insured in transit?
All our shipments are insured until delivery.
Should your parcel be lost or damaged on the way, write to us: we take it in hand and deal with the carrier ourselves.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with everything you need to follow it.
Can I change my delivery address?
Write to us as soon as you can: as long as your parcel has not been prepared, we can correct the address.
After that, a change can no longer be guaranteed — which is why it is worth checking the address before confirming the order.
Will I pay taxes or customs duties?
Within the European Union, the price shown is the final price: no customs duty or additional tax is applied on delivery.
Outside the European Union — Switzerland, the United Kingdom, overseas territories and the rest of the world — French VAT is deducted at checkout. Local taxes, customs duties or import fees may then be charged when the parcel arrives: they are set by the authorities of the destination country and are payable by the recipient.
What happens if I refuse or do not collect my parcel?
If a parcel is returned to us after a refused delivery or because it was not collected, any return costs charged by the carrier may be deducted from the refund.
If you have any difficulty receiving your order, write to us rather than letting the parcel go back: we will find a way.
